Drug Testing

For offenders and defendants required to participate in random drug testing, the District of New Hampshire is currently utilizing four contracted vendors for urinalysis testing: Southeastern New Hampshire Services in Dover, Resources, Treatment, and Training Associates (RTT) in Manchester, the Sullivan County Department of Corrections in Unity, and the Chiropractic Center in North Conway. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have additionally utilized saliva swab tests and virtual technology in lieu of requiring defendants and offenders to physically travel to vendors as a safety precaution.
